Let’s begin with what implementation is, it is simply an act of discharging, discharging of policies necessary in supply chain management, like for instance, food packaging must have precise and clear instructions to anticipate uneventful things to happen. Food that contains gluten must be clearly marked, as there are people who are allergic to gluten. Specific markings should be placed on each individual packs and should be on bold letters that is easily noticeable when the product is displayed. This is what we call monitoring   and communication between the marketing and supply management and packaging suppliers who supplied the printed packs for the company. But this is just a bit of process that is involved in an effectual pattern of implementation, not only within the company but as well as in the part of the supplier. Now, with regard to Policies in Supply Chain Management, this covers a lot of area in the business world to ensure efficient and lesser cost, well-organized, effectual procurement and disbursement of all services and goods, it concerns most on the product details as what was discussed earlier about gluten. Its distribution whilst developing and empowering more the business. Rows of execution are required in view of the fact that   every company aims for a repeat order and a first-rate return of revenue. A pattern of the policies in accordance to the manual of the company to support the process, should be strictly followed, this pattern shall give effect to all the process involves on the operation. To acquire an effective pattern of implementation of Supply chain management policies should provide clear documentation regarding: Acquisition management policies- From the beginning of acquiring supplies, it should be done and acted upon a specific department of a company. That any evaluation upon procurement of supplies or raw materials should be in accordance with a specific amount of disbursement of funds and should be incurred within an approved budget. Supplier need to submit specification of the product they have, ensuring that all details are laid out for proper data also with the  formal written quotation and its acquisition is properly taken into account. Logistic management- This part focuses on the freight transport element of Supply chain Management. Basically in this area, there should be a program and effective forefront of thinking to deliver effective transfer of supplies. Disposal management-There should be a collective of ideas in planning and controlling the for a skillful disposal of products, inspecting materials for re-use and executing the physical disposal process. Risk management includes ensuring the risk, such as the fluctuating currency and insurance arrangements. With a Regular assessment of supply chain performance, there should be a governing body whose purpose is to direct, implement and align supply chain strategy. To ensure that supply chain management stands strong and its objectives and strategies parallel to the companies’ stated objectives and strategies. The policy can provide constant, consistent validation that the supply chain strategy directly correlates with the corporate strategy. It’s mere existence help a smooth flow of Supply chain management.
